AIMING TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR ALL
At Fab 4 Taxi Tours, we are committed to ensuring that all guests feel welcome, supported, and able to enjoy an immersive Liverpool Beatles experience. Here’s how we work to make that happen:
Accessible Transport & Flexibility
Our tours operate in classic Liverpool black cab taxis, which provide level entry and flexible seating arrangements. We welcome guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids—simply advise us at the time of booking so we can arrange comfortable access and tailored transport planning. Service and guide animals are always welcome in our vehicles.Inclusive Experiences
We adapt our tours to individual needs: our drivers pause or slow the pace whenever needed, allow rest stops, and offer assistance moving in and out of vehicles. This ensures guests of all mobility levels can comfortably engage at key Beatles sites.Tailored Engagement
Each tour is shaped around the guest’s level of Beatles familiarity and physical comfort. Our drivers use clear and respectful language, avoid sensory overload, and focus on meaningful storytelling. For hearing-impaired guests, we offer optional printed guides and can adjust commentary pace. For visually impaired guests, we’re happy to provide verbal description of settings and significant visuals as part of our narrative.Booking Support & Communication
Guests should be able to:
- Enlarge text, image and icons on a PC or Laptop by using the % zoom settings without affecting the rendering of the website
- Listen to most of the website using a screen reader
- Text on Fab4TaxiTours.com will respond to the settings on a smartphone and adapt font size
Ahead of arrival, guests receive a clear pre‑tour guide (via email or print) describing what to expect, including meeting points, vehicle layout, and any physical access considerations. Our team is always ready to address individual requirements in advance.
Team Training & Values
All our licensed driver-guides receive inclusive-service training and are experienced in working respectfully with diverse accessibility needs. Our focus is on empathy, flexibility, and delivering joyful experiences.
At Fab 4 Taxi Tours, accessibility is not an afterthought—it’s integral. We strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, mobility or sensory differences, can create memorable, emotional connections with Liverpool’s Beatles heritage.
